Function

SPACEBEL is looking to hire a Bid & Contract Specialist to support its growth in an evolving industry. This person will integrate the Commercial Directorate and be located at one of the Belgian SPACEBEL’s premises, that is, Hoeilaart or Liege.

In an international context, and under the responsibility of the Bid & Contract Manager, you will work with the commercial and technical teams for the preparation and coordination of proposals as well as the management and follow-up of framework agreements.

To this end, you will be in charge of the following activities:

• Coordinate proposals and collaborate with the technical teams for the elaboration of commercial and contractual proposals;
• Collect all supporting documents as required in the calls for tender (licences, social security, tax, security clearance, banks, etc.);
• Prepare framework agreements and reporting to customers;
• Update CRM tool and ensure the reporting with the departments;
• Contribute to the sales administration part: filing of orders and contracts, commercial forecasting tool maintenance, contact database update, handling of surveys and enquiries, reporting, archiving, etc.

Profile

• You hold a commercial/business orientated degree;
• You have a good command of written and spoken English, Dutch and French;
• You feel comfortable with a technical environment;
• A first commercial experience in a technical/industrial environment is a real asset;
• You have already worked with useful tools, such as CRM, ERP, Power BI, Sharepoint, MS Office, Teams, etc.;
• You are dynamic, enthusiastic and autonomous, you possess a sound commercial sense, and you are rigorous and curious;
• You take initiatives, you are service-oriented and willing to listen and respond to the customers' needs;
• You are reliable and committed, in short, someone we can count on.
