To meet the company's growing needs, we are looking for an IT Quality Support for our Quality Assurance team located in Hoeilaart (near Brussels).

Function

As an IT Quality Support, you are the essential link through which the product passes to be controlled from design to delivery to the customer. As you can see, your role is essential. You ensure that all customer requirements (European Space Agency, CNES, etc.) are met.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with many colleagues on a variety of projects.

In short, your missions are to :

• Contribute to the formalization, optimization and maintenance of the company's software development processes and tools, including aspects relating to the Software Factory/DevOps.
• Support projects in defining and implementing product assurance plans for critical software developments
• Be the main point of contact with the customer's quality department
• Define requirements, select tools and develop associated functionalities
• Install and configure pilot projects prior to production
• User support

The team

You will work in tandem with your N+1 in the Quality Assurance department. Claire doesn't hesitate to delegate and is quick to place her trust in you. However, she makes sure you have all the resources you need to carry out your work and monitors the final result of your work.

Profile

As an IT Quality Support, you have...

• At least a bachelor's degree in computer science
• A good understanding of software development processes (Agile/Waterfall) and configuration management (Git/SVN)
• Knowledge of software product assurance
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Knowledge of Linux environment
• Knowledge of tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, Eclipse, Docker, SonarQube (= asset)
• An interest in the space sector 🚀
