For our office located in Toulouse, we are looking for a 3D Developer Engineer.

Function

As a 3D Developer Engineer, you'll play a key role in the team thanks to your highly specific technical skills.

The first project in which you will be involved is the development of software for CNES. This is 3D visualization software synchronizing interconnected visualization applications in various fields: 2D, geographic information systems (GIS), curve plotting, etc.

Here are some of the concrete tasks you perform:

• Understand customer expectations and product requirements
• Participate in the various stages of design, development, testing, validation and documentation writing
• Analyze and improve the performance of existing algorithms
• Pay particular attention to the optimization and quality of the code produced, in compliance with the coding standards in force in the space.

Profile

As a 3D Developer Engineer, you have...

• Master's degree in engineering or equivalent, specializing in computer science
• Minimum 4 years' experience in a similar environment
• Solid knowledge of several programming languages: C, C++11/14/17, Python and the Qt programming framework.
• Knowledge of OpenGL and shader development
• Knowledge of a 3D engine (Unity, Panda3D, Unreal Engine) as well as knowledge of applied mathematics and 3D geometry: projective geometry, ... (=must)
• Solid knowledge of English (written and spoken)
• An interest in the space sector 🧑‍🚀and environmental issues 🌍
